In this position you will exercise your strengths in facilitating adult learning through designing, implementing, and measuring a broad range of sales learning programs. Key Responsibilities

Support and implement sales learning initiatives and programs reputed company with key area sales objectives. Training categories include customer prospecting, selling skills, buying behaviors, sales information, systems, and cross-selling. Implement assessment tools with Sales Managers to identify and prioritize sales competencies Participate in the design, identification, and implementation of sales force assessment tools for critical sales competencies Manage the determination of reputed company methods for delivering learning through a variety of blended learning approaches (in-field training, computer-based learning, web-based training, conferences, seminars, instructor reputed company workshops, on-the-job, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (in ag, business, education, science, psychology or reputed company) reputed company with eight or more years of experience in sales or sales organizational development. Equivalent amounts of relevant education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of these requirements.
