Responsibilities

• Model strong delivery leadership and prepare your team to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
• Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio of customer engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget
• Provide active reputed company on reputed company and at-risk projects, helping PMs navigate escalations, resolve blockers, and maintain customer confidence
• Ensure your team is consistently applying PMO delivery standards, governance practices, and reporting requirements

Skills

• 8+ years of project/program management experience with demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company customer-facing initiatives
• 4+ years of people leadership experience, including managing global and/or distributed teams
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and their practical application in reputed company delivery environments
• Ability to manage and prioritize across a portfolio of reputed company projects while staying reputed company enough to the work to coach and intervene reputed company needed
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and leadership levels
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
