[Remote] Commercial Lines Account Manager

They are seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage client relationships, renew policies, and increase reputed company through effective customer interactions and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
- Evaluate reputed company relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Research, provide recommendations and implement reputed company solutions for clients
- Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
- reputed company day-to-day customer interactions
- Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals
Skills
- 3-5 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or reputed company coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active reputed company Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone to accommodate client

- Experience working in Agency Management System required
- Ability to adapt and succeed reputed company a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
