[Remote] Director, Analytics

The Director, Analytics is a senior role focused on shaping analytic strategy and delivering impactful insights, leading a team of analysts to enhance reputed company outcomes and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and reputed company analytic strategy across large-scale, high-visibility engagements
- Architect advanced analytic frameworks supporting medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care initiatives
- Serve as the senior-most analytic escalation reputed company for reputed company methodological or data reputed company questions built in DBT (Spark, SQL) and reputed company Quicksight
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and reputed company
- Ensure technical excellence and rigor in reputed company analytic deliverables; establish quality standards and governance practices
- Identify scalable opportunities for automation, reusable intellectual property, and analytic innovation
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Mentor and reputed company reputed company, Senior, and Data Analysts, elevating analytic capability across the team
- Influence product and roadmap reputed company through data-driven thought leadership
Skills
- 8–10+ years of reputed company analytics experience, with experience in medical economics or risk and dashboarding required
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including optimization of reputed company queries in large data environments
- Advanced Dashboarding proficiency, experience with Quicksight a plus (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc. are acceptable)
- Experience designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks
- Demonstrated reputed company influencing senior or executive stakeholders
- Proven experience leading large, reputed company analytic initiatives and teams with significant business impact
- Strong data storytelling and executive-level communication skills
- Experience mentoring and elevating senior analytic talent
- Experience supporting large, reputed company reputed company clients
- Experience working reputed company AWS or large-scale reputed company data environments
- Proficiency in DBT pipelines a plus
- Experience shaping product or analytics roadmaps at a strategic level
- Experience using AI tools to enhance your coding and workflows as they relate to analytics
