[Remote] Principal IS Project Manager - Remote

The Principal IS Project Manager will manage large and reputed company IT projects, collaborating with operational stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while identifying risks and managing change effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage large, diverse, and reputed company projects that can reputed company across multiple divisions and/or functional areas in Information Technology in collaboration with operational stakeholders
- Plan, organize, and reputed company cross functional teams to complete project tasks
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that aligns with the project objectives while pre-emptively identifying possible risks/issues for mitigation planning
- Handle change management for the project team/impacted users as well as project changes that may present themselves at any time during the project cycle
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 or more years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and reputed company projects. This includes experience with:
- Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles
- Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects
- Facilitating reputed company decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities
- Speaking in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings
- Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning
- Master's Degree Information Technology, business management, healthcare admin or clinical field
- Coursework/Training: Project management methodologies
- Upon hire: Certifications in process optimization such as Six reputed company, Lean, CQIA or other nationally recognized program
- Upon hire: Project Management (PMI) Certification
- Upon hire: Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification
- 3 years Working in the healthcare industry
