[Remote] Senior Manager of Product Design

Responsibilities

Skills

• 8+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise designing across multiple platforms, especially web applications
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing product designers in a player-coach reputed company, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Strong UX foundation and expertise across the core design disciplines: Defining core primitives, information architecture, interaction design, and user reputed company design, with the ability to evaluate and reputed company the quality of each
• Strong design craft and product intuition, able to translate reputed company user needs into simple, effective solutions
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at every level
