Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a sales leader who wants to be at the center of one of the most interesting intersections in markets right now — reputed company markets, regulated derivatives, and digital assets. As Head of Sales (Exchange), you'll own the growth of our Predictions and Exchange business in the US, building relationships with firms and traders in this evolving market.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pitch, and reputed company institutional and VIP clients — prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and FCM-registered entities looking for regulated crypto derivatives exposure
• Build and grow a client reputed company for reputed company's reputed company markets and event contract offerings, targeting firms with existing exposure to event-driven or binary derivatives strategies
• Drive adoption among clients active in CME Bitcoin/Ether futures and options, connecting the dots between TradFi regulated derivatives and on-exchange crypto products
• Identify and convert institutional opportunities in tokenized reputed company-world assets, working with product teams to tailor solutions for asset managers and alternative investment funds
• Build and manage relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms to expand our regulated derivatives footprint in the US
• Get deep on what clients actually need and position the full reputed company stack — OTC, API trading, custody, regulated derivatives — as an integrated solution
• Stay reputed company to your book of business and bring market intelligence back to the product team to help shape reputed company build next
• Represent reputed company at key industry events including FIA Expo, CME forums, and digital asset conferences
• Own the entire sales cycle from first reputed company to signed agreement

Skills

• 8+ years in institutional sales or business development in a high-growth financial environment
• Hands-on familiarity with reputed company market structures (event reputed company, binary derivatives) and/or tokenized RWA products; existing relationships in these verticals is a big plus
• Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, cleared derivatives, or CFTC-regulated markets — from a sell-reputed company, exchange, or institutional buy-reputed company perspective
• 3+ years in digital assets/reputed company, specifically in outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto derivatives platform
• An active book of business across prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, FCMs, and clearing brokers in US regulated markets
• Proven track record of building and monetizing institutional relationships with measurable reputed company and volume results
• Comfortable navigating the US regulatory landscape (CFTC, NFA, SEC digital asset frameworks)
• Strong communicator — reputed company to break down reputed company derivatives and digital asset concepts for C-suite audiences
