[Remote] Account Executive - Senior Living

The Account Executive will execute sales strategies, manage accounts, and build relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with your accounts
  • Provide world-class client service
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputed company
  • Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship
  • Increase sales in respective accounts across reputed company 365 product lines
  • Prepare sales information for customers
  • Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts
  • Secure and reputed company orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
  • Establish and share best practices across customer portfolio to maintain and grow business
  • Determine pain points of reputed company and potential customers and drive solutions using their pain points to drive value-based solution selling
  • Understand competitive offerings and strategies to determine best offerings and solutions to win business
  • Work with internal teams to get things done to drive sales

  • Participate in appropriate customer events and shows to win additional business at existing customers and drive business at new customers

  • Prudent management of expenses and timely submission of expense reports

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably reputed company the POS, foodservice or vending technology industry
  • Direct experience with reputed company.com or another CRM platform
  • Must have a genuine interest in helping people and excellent negotiation skills
