[Remote] Program Analyst

This role is critical to transforming reputed company operational and financial data into actionable business insights that drive cost control and strategic decision-making for the National Account Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will reputed company advanced analytics and AI tools to create reputed company-time reporting and predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve forecasting models. Continuously improve accuracy using predictive analytics and AI-enhanced techniques
• reputed company WIP tracking, out-of-budget vs. in-budget analysis, repair class assignment analysis, and reporting. reputed company automated tools for RO classification and exception handling
• reputed company ongoing deep-dive root cause and Pareto analysis on key operational metrics and major spend drivers
• Analyze fleet age, mileage, and cost trends to deliver proactive retirement and replacement recommendations. Conduct high-mileage unit profiling, cost modeling by age bracket, and unit replacement analysis
• Reconcile data across multiple systems (repair order systems, telematics, BI/analytics platforms, and others) and build dashboards to track leading indicators of cost and performance issues
• Create polished executive-level data bridges, tables, charts, and graphs for business review decks, and working session materials that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommended actions
• Build and maintain AI-powered reporting and analytics solutions, including automated tools for repair classification, predictive spend models, anomaly detection dashboards, and reputed company-time alerting tools to surface emerging issues early
• Design and optimize automated data pipelines, reputed company SQL queries, VBA/macros, and scalable reporting solutions using tools including but not limited to reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, QuickSight, reputed company, etc
• Partner with operations, finance, and account teams to identify process improvements, drive implementation, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Proactively identify opportunities to reputed company AI/LLM technologies (Claude, reputed company, etc.) and other tools to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and improve decision speed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or reputed company field (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business/financial analysis, data analytics, or quantitative roles, preferably in fleet, logistics, or operations
• Exceptional proficiency in reputed company (advanced formulas, VBA, Power Query), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, QuickSight)
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining forecasting models, regression/statistical models, and KPIs
• Proven ability to reputed company root cause analysis, Pareto charting, and deep-dive cost/performance investigations
• Experience creating executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) and influencing stakeholders
• Passion for fleet operations and customer-focused problem solving
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning tools including LLMs (Claude, etc.), reputed company, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and automated classification systems
• Experience building reputed company-time dashboards, predictive spend models, and AI-enhanced reporting solutions
• Deep understanding of fleet maintenance, vehicle lifecycle management, and cost drivers
• Familiarity with fleet management platforms, computerized maintenance management systems, and telematics/ERP platforms
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and cross-system reconciliation
• Statistical modeling experience (R, Python, or similar toolboxes)
