Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Drive process discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, deployment planning, and production readiness
- Track project KPIs including cost savings, FTE reduction, cycle-time improvements, and operational efficiency reputed company
