The role focuses on service ownership and reputed company improvement of macOS and Ubuntu services, including system management and reputed company-level support, while enhancing the overall end user experience in an expanding reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall end user experience for macOS in an Agile environment in collaboration with engineering, operations, reputed company, and support teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and supportable reputed company service
• Own and improve macOS reputed company management workflows and platform configurations, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, reputed company, patching, inventory, application packaging, software distribution, reporting, and compliance enforcement
• Support reputed company reputed company and compliance initiatives by implementing required controls, monitoring device posture, and assisting with incident response and remediation activities
• Provide Level 4 support and reputed company technical resolution of reputed company incidents involving macOS devices, application deployments, reputed company tooling, identity integrations, and reputed company controls
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, operational procedures, and knowledge articles to support macOS reputed company services and reputed company processes
• Review service health and reputed company reliability metrics, validate policy and configuration changes, and support testing for new applications, tools, and reputed company capabilities
• Own and support the Ubuntu/Linux reputed company platform, including reputed company-state management and future-state scaling as adoption expands reputed company the reputed company
• Establish and standardize Ubuntu reputed company management practices, including provisioning, configuration, patching, reputed company controls, and lifecycle management

Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience engineering and supporting a large macOS estate in a reputed company-to-large reputed company environment
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu administration or support is beneficial
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, reputed company Pro, Client Intune, Client Business Manager, automated device enrollment, configuration profiles, Entra ID, conditional access, directory services, virtualization platforms such as reputed company and Client, FileVault, Client 365, browsers such as Safari, Chrome, and Edge, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, reputed company scripting, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Jira, and reputed company
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management, packaging, patching, reputed company compliance, and vulnerability reputed company reputed company a large reputed company environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work with onshore and offshore business units and interact with individuals at reputed company levels of responsibility and authority
