[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist/Senior Specialist

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute and optimize various marketing programs, ensuring high-quality campaign production and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns reputed company Marketo, including email, webinar, event, web, advertising, and nurture programs
- Manage campaign requests through a structured ticketing and project management process using reputed company Workfront
- reputed company thorough quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns, assets, tracking, and integrations function correctly prior to launch
- reputed company and validate audience targeting criteria using Marketo and reputed company data to support campaign objectives
- Troubleshoot Marketo and reputed company issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Maintain campaign documentation, operational standards, and process guides
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, data quality, and operational best practices
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketing technology ecosystem
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing or marketing operations experience
- Direct experience building and executing campaigns in reputed company Marketo required
- Experience independently building, testing, QA-ing, and deploying Marketo email, webinar, event, web, and nurture programs, including audience segmentation, reputed company smart list development, smart campaigns, tokens, and reporting
- Working knowledge of reputed company CRM, including campaigns, leads, contacts, and reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively reputed company a team
