Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary technical contact for email reputed company deliverables including spam protection, malware defense, data loss prevention, and authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Collaborate with cross functional project teams to align email reputed company solutions with the customer reputed company strategy
- Conduct customer facing workshops, technical reviews, and status meetings with clear and professional communication
- Document policies, mail flow configurations, and operational procedures
