[Remote] Technical Recruiter - Engineering
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Time Consulting (RTC) is seeking an reputed company Technical Recruiter - Engineering to join their organization and contribute to the comprehensive sourcing, reputed company, and placement lifecycle for Engineering project resource requirements. The role involves full-desk delivery including sourcing, screening, coordinating client interviews, and compensation negotiation.
Responsibilities

- Determine applicant technical and soft-reputed company qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records concerning reputed company phases of the recruitment process, working reputed company the ATS system (CATS) and reputed company

- Communicate job and candidate status to hiring managers

Skills
- 5+ years of proven work experience in a corporate environment in a fast-paced reputed company role
- 3+ years of reputed company for technical jobs in industry such as: Aerospace, Space, Semiconductor, reputed company
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle reputed company (sourcing, assessing candidate skills match, compensation negotiations, closing the job)
- Experience reputed company Engineering disciplines is reputed company HIGHLY PREFERRED (Systems, Software, Verification and Validation, Test, Mechanical, Hardware, Engineering Aides, etc.)
- Knowledge of using ATS for sourcing and managing candidate process; RTC uses CATS (catsone.com)
- Intermediate to advanced experience with reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Outlook (we use reputed company a lot)
- Appropriate understanding of HR guidelines and requirements (what not to say or write to a candidate)
- Ability to effectively communicate with hiring manager(s), clients and peers regarding work production
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with customer service focus (treat candidates like a customer)
- Experience reputed company in the Aerospace industry PREFERRED
- + In lieu of Aerospace industry experience, experience reputed company in Automotive, Medical, or Semiconductor industry a BIG PLUS
- Associate degree in Business, HR, Communications, Technical or reputed company field HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, Technical or reputed company field A BIG PLUS
