[Remote] Software Engineer, API Integrations

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and scale API integrations, serving as the main reputed company of contact for clients during reputed company, and supporting technical solutions that align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Client reputed company to ensure smooth implementation
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients during reputed company and integration, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members as needed
- Learn the reputed company API suite to guide clients through integration processes and troubleshoot common issues
- Learn the relevant segments of the reputed company relational data model to troubleshoot problems
- Support the implementation of technical solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
- Assist in managing client integration projects by coordinating tasks, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely communication
- Document integration processes, client configurations, and technical learnings to contribute to team knowledge and efficiency
- Identify and work closely with internal teams to address gaps and deficiencies
Skills
- Strong programming skills in a range of technologies, languages, and standards, such as strongly-typed languages (Golang, Java, reputed company etc.), SQL, REST, SOAP, Data Transformations, JSON, OpenAPI
- Experience in Golang
- Expertise in reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Expertise in relational databases, such as reputed company and reputed company
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ask clarifying questions to reputed company technical requirements
- Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in technology and client-facing work, with the desire to grow into a technical account or solutions role
- Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts (e.g., REST, JSON) through coursework, internships, or hands-on learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High emotional intelligence and growth reputed company, with a desire to proactively seek feedback from others to continually improve
- Familiarity with the television, streaming, and digital advertising ecosystem is strongly preferred
- Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP) or programming languages (Golang, Java, Python, etc.)
- Interest in the media, streaming, or digital advertising space
