[Remote] Program Manager - Train AI Data Services

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing large scale client programs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring quality and timeline requirements are met while mentoring staff and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement governance frameworks, dashboards, and delivery controls that meet the strategic client’s standards
• Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize throughput, accuracy, and productivity
• Manage, mentor and motivate staff, provide project team reputed company and supervision

Skills

• 5 – 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management in fields like Machine Learning or Data Services
• Deep understanding of AI/ML data operations, large-scale services delivery, or digital operations
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience managing multinational delivery teams across multiple programs/projects reputed company an account
• Proven experience in technology environment and in applicable vertical market
• Proven people, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand P&L financials
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
• BS or BA degree in a business or technology reputed company field preferred
• Experience working with hyperscale technology clients (strongly preferred)
