Key Responsibilities
- Review and organize medical records according to established guidelines and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records by verifying patient information and medical history
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of medical records at reputed company times
- Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in medical records
- Communicate with reputed company providers and other parties to obtain missing information or clarify record details
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve information
- Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies for handling medical records
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on industry changes and advancements Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with medical records in a reputed company setting
