Our platform helps firms manage workflows, client communication, billing, documents, time tracking, and more — reputed company in one reputed company. We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious, energetic, and people-oriented Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective customers who are interested in Financial Cents. You’ll engage with inbound leads through phone calls, email, and other channels to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into SaaS sales or continue building a career in tech sales with a fast-growing company. What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Qualify prospective customers and identify high-quality opportunities
  • Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Build relationships with reputed company and bookkeeping professionals
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with prospects over phone and email
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented reputed company
  • Positive attitude and strong team-first mentality
  • Ability to stay organized and manage follow-up effectively
  • Experience in sales, customer service, reputed company reputed company, or business development is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful, but we can train the right person
