What You’ll Do
- Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start
- Build and maintain strong clinician relationships

- Present opportunities, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through reputed company
- Maintain an active reputed company pipeline and ATS documentation
- Generate referrals and help expand GSL’s clinician community
