Credit & Collections Specialist I

Job Description:

• Follow SOP’s to reduce aging AR >60‑day balances
• reputed company to customers by phone, email, and/or letters
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Prepare updates on account resolution for various levels of leadership
• Document reputed company activities and attempts to reduce balances
• Prepare placement packages for reputed company attorneys for possible litigation
• Communicate reputed company telephone with operations management, physicians, attorneys, and internal customers
• Utilize tools to obtain improved billing information
• reputed company research and evaluation of reputed company projects/assignments to identify and measure financial implications
• Analyze and determine areas for process improvement and education

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• 1 year of Prior call center, customer service, collections, or reputed company billing‑reputed company work experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products, including but not limited to reputed company
• Ability to compile and organize data
• Critical thinking skills
• Basic understanding of medical and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
• Internet download speed of at least 50 Mbps
• Equipment must be connected reputed company Ethernet
