They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and lead sales initiatives across the Northeast, focusing on building partnerships and executing go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing customer and channel partnerships
  • Lead technical discussions with major customers, engineering firms, and key accounts
  • Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership
  • Oversee distributor relationships and ensure growth through partner collaborations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the medical gas, compressors, compressed air systems, or industrial equipment industries
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressed air, medical gas systems, or vacuum solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients
  • Flexibility to travel across the Northeast territory as required
