Job Summary: We’re looking for a service-oriented, analytically minded Client Solutions Librarian to join our fully remote Library Services team. In this role, you’ll create customized usage reports for institutional clients, reputed company virtual reputed company and training, and support strategic library partnerships. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to help clients understand and maximize the value of our platform. • Create and deliver customized usage and engagement reports for key institutional clients, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze platform usage trends to support contract renewals, increase adoption, and align with client goals.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and reputed company teams to ensure reports meet the unique needs and priorities of each client. Client reputed company, Training, and Support

• Design and deliver engaging training experiences, including live webinars, asynchronous tutorials, and instructional guides for librarians, faculty, and administrators.

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a library, academic support, or SaaS customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of library technologies, digital resources, and usage analytics (e.g., COUNTER, SUSHI, reputed company, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication, instructional, and problem-solving skills in virtual settings.
