You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving patient account balances, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their financial responsibility in a helpful and non-threatening manner
• Take inbound and reputed company outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances
• Meet or exceed established metric goals
• Follow established procedures to resolve patient account balances, including + Identifying consumer payment plans + Utilizing call scripts provided + Setting up consumer payments over the phone + Documenting reputed company conversations electronically on company and/or client systems
• Assist patients in determining eligibility for financial assistance programs and/or bank loans reputed company applicable
• Provide information to Client Services as needed
