Position Overview

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice and digital presence for patients and healthcare providers. Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional) are a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team setting, demonstrating self‑discipline and strong time‑management skills.
  • Proficient typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
