Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be entrusted with a diverse range of critical responsibilities that ensure smooth operations and exceptional passenger experiences:

  • Issue, reissue, and process refunds for passenger tickets with precision and efficiency
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations across our global network
  • Expertly rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Perform passenger check-in and seat assignments while managing oversold situations
  • Process upgrades and premium services to enhance passenger satisfaction
  • Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger accommodations, meals, and transportation
  • Manage passenger boarding processes, including ticket lift and baggage handling
  • Operate gate readers/scanners and monitor boarding procedures
  • Manage jetways/bridges for efficient boarding and deplaning
  • Make boarding and departure gate announcements with professionalism
  • Communicate domestic and international flight information
  • Perform flight close-out procedures with attention to detail
  • Accept, check, and tag passengers' baggage at various service points
  • Maintain the flight boarding schedule and process efficiency
  • Conduct customer service training for new team members
  • Process credit card transactions for baggage fees and other services
  • Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and automated baggage systems
  • Manage lines at ticket counters and service desks
  • Verify international travel documents and assist with customs procedures
  • Help passengers requiring special assistance, including those with mobility challenges, unaccompanied minors, and special needs travelers
  • Respond effectively to security and emergency situations
  • Provide connecting passengers with timely gate information
  • Maintain consistent attendance and meet mandatory overtime requirements when necessary

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Compliance: Complete pre-employment drug screening, comprehensive background checks, and fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
