Key Responsibilities

  • Order Screening & Monitoring: Review incoming arenaflex Enterprise Maintenance orders, verify completeness, and track progress through the lifecycle of each request.
  • Technician Collaboration: Partner with field technicians to assist with order closeouts, ensuring that all required documentation and approvals are captured.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues swiftly and keep orders moving forward.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input order details into the arenaxflex system, generate regular performance reports, and maintain up‑to‑date trackers for management review.
  • Logistics & System Support: Provide cross‑functional assistance on logistics challenges and system‑related queries, leveraging your problem‑solving skills to keep operations smooth.

Essential Qualifications
