English Transcriptionist (work from home jobs for moms)

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Fluency in English Excellent understanding of spoken and written English, with an ability to transcribe regional accents and dialects.
• * Typing Proficiency A minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
• * Attention to Detail Strong proofreading skills with the ability to detect and correct errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• * Time Management Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
• * Basic Computer Literacy Comfortable using transcription software, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications.
• * Confidentiality Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience
• * Previous experience in transcription or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• * Experience working from home, managing remote work schedules, and adhering to deadlines is preferred.
• * Familiarity with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter, Descript) is advantageous.
