Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LettrLabs is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive the top of their sales funnel. The role involves outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives to enhance outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Build and execute high-volume cold email sequences and outreach campaigns to generate net-new pipeline consistently
  • AE Partnership: Work closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and support the growth of a scalable outbound motion
  • Pipeline Reactivation: Audit aged opportunities and systematically revive dormant prospects to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth
  • Pipeline Support: Own accounts from qualification through handoff, ensuring AEs have everything they need to close
  • Lead Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights, thorough qualification notes, and clean data in HubSpot
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable at all times

Skills

  • Have 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus)
  • Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same
  • Are fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting
  • Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent
  • Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance
  • Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads
  • Are naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail
