Service Inside Sales Coordinator
Ikonix is a company that specializes in providing technical services and solutions. They are seeking a Service Inside Sales Coordinator who will analyze customer information to make product recommendations and provide post-sale support, while also generating new business and coordinating sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Generation of new business
- Handles inbound service, parts, and accessories inquiries as they relate to sales
- Handles inbound calls and customer support tickets
- Provides basic technical support assistance for existing and potential customers
- Maintains CRM Database for customers
- Assist customers in upgrading their instrument when found to be beyond repair
- Coordinates sales activities with outside sales personnel
- Leads Prequalification and Follow up
- Conducts outbound direct sales calls
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
