Infobip is a global leader in cloud communication technology, operating with an AI-first mindset. The Business Development Representative role focuses on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, serving as a key entry point into the commercial organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts, industries, and regions
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach channels
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying personas to identify opportunities
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives
  • Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies
  • Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms
  • Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, outreach, and productivity
  • Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and customer use cases

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with targets, structured processes, and outbound activity
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a commercial career path
