Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Solutions Architect on the arenaflex FastTrack Team, you will be the trusted technical partner for our largest enterprise customers. You will guide them through the planning, deployment, and optimization of the arenaflex 365 suite across three strategic solution areas: Secure Remote Work, Security & Compliance, and Modern Management. Your expertise will directly influence how organizations modernize their IT environments, improve productivity, and safeguard critical data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep, strategic relationships with select arenaflex enterprise customers to ensure they realize the full value of their arenaflex 365 investment.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing deployment guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and detailed design plans that align with each customer’s business objectives.
  • Coordinate with arenaflex field sales and services teams—including Customer Success, Specialist, Account, and Sales Excellence units—to align technical delivery with commercial goals.
  • Serve as the chief deployment coordinator, overseeing project governance, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Identify and surface new revenue, usage, and transformation opportunities by continuously evaluating the customer environment and usage patterns.
  • Engage both business and technical leaders within customer organizations, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Facilitate briefings, workshops, and demos that showcase arenaflex 365 capabilities and roadmap innovations.
  • Escalate and resolve any deployment challenges, ensuring that arenaflex resources and partners deliver on commitments without delay.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical program or product management, software development, or delivery engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on technical knowledge of the arenaflex 365 suite, with intermediate proficiency across the suite and deep expertise in at least one workload (e.g., management, security).
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical scenarios, roadmaps, and architectures to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience planning and executing arenaflex 365 deployments for enterprise‑scale customers.
  • Eligibility to meet arenaflex, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the arenaflex Cloud Background Check and U.S. citizenship verification where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management, coding, and software delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue or usage targets in a cloud‑focused environment.
  • Enterprise‑scale experience with hybrid cloud architectures, migrations, and technology management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal arenaflex teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support on‑site engagements.
  • Strong customer‑facing experience, with a focus on building trust and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive presentation skills for both executive briefings and technical workshops.
