Responsibilities

Driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies. Leading and coaching a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals. Building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand market reach. Managing the full sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent revenue delivery. Representing the company at regional events to strengthen brand visibility and customer trust. What we’re looking for Bring 10+ years of enterprise software or cloud sales experience with proven success in complex sales cycles. Demonstrate 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Show a consistent record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in dynamic markets. Communicate effectively with senior executives and decision-makers to align solutions with business needs. Apply strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills in fast-paced environments. Exhibit integrity, accountability, and commitment to inclusive leadership. Speak fluent German and English to engage effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
