Summary: Nisga’a Tek is seeking a Graphic Designer IV to provide visual media support. The Graphic design specialists qualified to combine graphics with animation to create multimedia content for eLearning, web, and videos/films.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners. Responsible for producing complex multimedia products including 3D assets, motion graphics, character and 3D environmental designs, photo manipulation, GenAI graphics, and custom icons. Defines interaction patterns and visual standards for all customer products so that learners experience accurate content with consistent navigation, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and correct use of customer branding. Utilize AI to enhance motion graphics and video production and continues to push boundaries to create deeply engaging and innovative content. Deliver production-ready designs and documentation and collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to see designs through to implementation. Coach peers and train GS personnel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of related grahic design experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a DoD Center of Excellence, with a strong preference for experience at MEDCoE. Proven leadership capabilities within a Center of Excellence environment Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with high priority projects requiring complex multimedia development and creative workflows using AI across multimodalities Expert skills in visual design and prototyping tools (includes Figma or equivalent) Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000.
