Position Summary: The IT Ops Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of cloud / on-prem resources, incident management including escalation. They will also be responsible for routine operations of Azure Virtual Desktop. The analyst should have good knowledge of networking, Identity & Access management, and Update management (Patching), Automation & Scripting

Key Responsibilities

IT Ops Infra Analyst will be responsible for : Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and support the Azure resources ensuring best practices for scalability, availability, and security. Provisioning, monitoring & maintaining the Azure Virtual Desktop services. Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate (if required) any incidents related to Azure services, network connectivity, and resource utilization pro-actively. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies Conduct regular security assessments and Implement patches & vulnerability mitigation Optimize Azure resource usage to minimize costs while maintaining performance Maintain detailed documentation of Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures Provide telephony support to the US based users as and when required. Provide training and guidance to other team members on Azure best practices. Required Skills Good Knowledge of Azure Cloud Environment AZ-900 and AZ-140 Certified In-depth Knowledge of Resource Monitoring, escalation & Incident Management Good Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop Scripting Languages: Strong skills in scripting languages like KQL, PowerShell Why Join US?
