Role Overview – Remote Customer Experience Concierge (Member Services Professional)

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, service‑driven professional to serve as a Remote Customer Experience Concierge – the front‑line ambassador for our premium card members within the arenaflex Lounge environment at IAH Airport. In this role, you will deliver unparalleled assistance, travel guidance, and lifestyle recommendations, turning each member interaction into a memorable, loyalty‑building experience. You will work remotely, leveraging advanced digital platforms to connect with members in real time, while collaborating closely with a high‑performing team of fellow concierges, food‑and‑beverage partners, and technology specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Impression Management: Greet and welcome card members as they arrive at the arenaflex Lounge, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience that reflects the brand’s premium standards.
  • End‑to‑End Journey Ownership: Own the member’s experience from initial contact through resolution, proactively anticipating needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Problem‑Solving & Innovation: Identify creative, efficient ways to resolve member inquiries, turning challenges into opportunities to deepen trust and loyalty.
  • Client‑First Mindset: Apply the “Member First” philosophy in every interaction, tailoring recommendations and services to each member’s unique preferences and travel itinerary.
  • Travel & Lifestyle Advisory: Provide expert travel advice, reservation assistance, and lifestyle recommendations, including dining, entertainment, and wellness options.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with arenaflex’s food‑and‑beverage partners to fulfill member requests, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable quality.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage arenaflex’s proprietary digital platforms, CRM tools, and communication channels to manage member interactions efficiently and securely.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience delivering premium customer service to high‑value clients, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services sectors.
