About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Product Owner to play a crucial role in our company’s journey towards maturity and scale. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our platform and driving the delivery of high-quality features and enhancements that meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, implementations, and support to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery. Environment Work closely with our team of internal engineers, a robust off-shore development team, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment. The development team operates within a lightweight Agile process and is empowered to alter it as needed to achieve team and company objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other members of the Product team, Project Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Quality Assurance. Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate operational needs into product requirements.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure the platform is performant, reliable, and scalable.
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve the development and release processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate improvements such as automating tasks, reducing bottlenecks, and etc.
  • Demonstrate accountability, monitor efficacy and plan for continuous improvement within the product team, driving operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive development through agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Monitor market trends and best-in-class offerings to identify opportunities for innovation. What would make you a great fit
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product owner role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products and scalable platform solutions from concept to launch with a focus on delivering business impact and value.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or regulated research domain; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); and platform monitoring and analytics tools.
