Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Remote
Role Overview Comfort of Home Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental well-being of individuals within our community health clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, addressing various mental health issues.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LIMFT, LPCC, or LISW) in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
