Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Chat Support Assistant to become a key member of arenaflex’s Customer Experience team. In this associate‑level role, you will provide top‑tier customer service and technical assistance through live chat channels. You will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with arenaflex products, services, and troubleshooting, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely, courteous, and solution‑focused manner.
  • Diagnose product or service problems, guide customers through step‑by‑step resolutions, and verify successful outcomes.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the appropriate internal teams (technical, engineering, or account management) while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
