Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling Travel Inquiries: Address a wide range of customer questions related to flight bookings, reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage policies, check-in procedures, general travel information, and more.
  • Resolving Customer Concerns: Listen actively to customer complaints and concerns, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to find satisfactory resolutions in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating Across Departments: Partner with internal teams such as operations, ticketing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless customer experiences and swift resolution of complex issues.
  • Documenting Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our internal systems to maintain comprehensive records and support continuous improvement efforts.

Working Hours and Schedule

This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and commitments.
