The Director, Consumer Data Collection & Activation is a senior, strategic position that sits at the heart of arenaflex’s digital transformation. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of first‑party (1PD) consumer data— from acquisition to activation— ensuring that every piece of information is captured responsibly, enriched intelligently, and used to deliver hyper‑personalized experiences across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Data Blueprint: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive strategy for gathering, managing, and activating first‑party consumer data across the digital ecosystem.
  • Data Collection Architecture: Build and continuously refine data collection mechanisms—including website forms, mobile app prompts, loyalty program sign‑ups, and other online interactions—to capture high‑quality consumer insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Advertising, Media, Martech, Product, and Brand teams to align data initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration of data into campaign workflows.
  • Customer Journey Orchestration: Design and launch end‑to‑end digital CRM campaigns that leverage first‑party data to deliver relevant, timely, and consistent messaging across email, social, display, and emerging channels.
  • Data Enrichment & Segmentation: Identify external data sources that complement arenaflex’s first‑party data, enrich consumer profiles, and enable more precise segmentation and targeting.
  • Compliance & Governance: Work closely with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to embed best‑in‑class data protection practices, ensuring all collection activities meet GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Consent Management: Implement robust consent frameworks that secure clear, verifiable permission from consumers for data capture and usage, while maintaining a frictionless user experience.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of data initiatives on engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, CRM specialists, and technology partners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in digital consumer engagement, CRM strategy, or first‑party data management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing large‑scale data collection and activation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and best practices for consent management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified data vision.
