Position Overview

arenaflex’s Vail & Beaver Creek locations are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our seasonal team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver legendary service by transporting ski and snowboard rentals directly to guests’ accommodations, providing on‑site support throughout their stay, and handling equipment pickup at the end of the season. No prior experience is required—just a passion for the mountains and a desire to make every guest’s experience unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • On‑Road Delivery: Transport ski and snowboard rentals, along with accessories, to guests’ lodging, arriving at least five minutes early.
  • Equipment Selection: Match each guest with the appropriate gear, ensuring all equipment is in pristine condition.
  • Guest Interaction: Communicate clearly about service timelines, equipment usage, and support options, creating excitement for the upcoming ski days.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide troubleshooting, adjustments, and advice throughout the guest’s stay, acting as the primary point of contact for any equipment needs.
  • Pickup & Return: Collect all rented equipment after the guest’s final day on the mountain, ensuring a smooth and courteous checkout.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep delivery vans fueled, clean, and organized; perform routine interior cleaning and exterior washing.
  • Shop Duties: Pack future orders, perform basic ski tuning and waxing, maintain equipment inventory, and restock vans as needed.
  • Communication: Answer and place calls to guests, coordinate with the shop team, and document any service issues or guest feedback.

Shift Structure & Scheduling

We offer flexible part‑time schedules designed to let you hit the slopes on your own terms. Choose from two daily shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Full‑time positions (minimum 32 hours/week) are also available, with a five‑day workweek. All new hires start no later than December 4, 2023.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver ski equipment (average weight 30‑40 lb) safely.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
