Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive Remote Monetary Bookkeeper to join our Bookkeeping Specialty Unit (BSU). In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, financial record maintenance, and the preparation of comprehensive budget and compliance reports. This is a full‑time, remote position based in Irving, USA, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30‑$35.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to arenaflex’s accounting standards.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile journal entries, ledger balances, and month‑end closing activities.
  • Generate and analyze financial statements, budget summaries, and regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, validate, and audit monetary information to support audit trails and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including risk, compliance, and operations—to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve process efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for accounting procedures, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on bookkeeping best practices and data‑entry protocols.
  • Support internal audit initiatives by preparing account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and exception reports.

Essential Qualifications
