  • Maintain data integrity by performing routine quality checks, de‑duplication, and error correction across advertising, customer, product, and promotional datasets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify data‑driven opportunities that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions and support business objectives.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators in real time.
  • Document data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to ensure repeatability and compliance with internal governance standards.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as requested by senior leaders, providing clear recommendations backed by quantitative evidence.
  • Present findings and insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences, translating complex data concepts into understandable narratives.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, suggesting optimizations to improve ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to downstream systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data‑focused role, such as data entry, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within a digital commerce or media environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced remote setting.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and how they influence business strategy.
  • Previous exposure to e‑commerce platforms or content management systems.
  • Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail when handling large volumes of information.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and propose data‑backed solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with SQL, Excel, and visualization software; willingness to learn new tools quickly.
