[Remote] Personal Lines Account Representative

They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Representative to provide exceptional service to clients by assisting them with their insurance needs, maintaining accurate client data, and driving the sale of additional services.
Responsibilities
- Help clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence
- Provide personalized service, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offering solutions to meet their needs
- Discuss auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies to ensure clients feel supported
- Maintain accurate client and policy data, using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality
- Collaborate with your team to help secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services, while managing multiple priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- Producer's license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
- Appropriate licensing as required
- 1+ years of prior call center experience
- Currently licensed in P&C
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, Applied Epic, and Salesforce
