Property Management Coordinator
Boston Property Care is a professional property management company serving the Greater Boston area. They are seeking a highly organized, customer service-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support their expanding property management operation.
Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day property management operations
- Responding to tenant, owner, trustee, and client inquiries
- Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Tracking work orders and ensuring timely follow-up
- Assisting with proposals, documents, and administrative tasks
- Helping organize operational workflows and communication
- Supporting leadership and property management staff across multiple areas of the business
- Maintaining organized records and helping ensure exceptional client service

- Property management experience preferred but not required
- Real estate or related industry experience is a plus
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
- Local candidates preferred
