Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • 2–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly and concisely.
