Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed, self‑starter to join our Remote Marketplace Growth team as a Data Entry & Account Manager. In this entry‑level position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the 3P (third‑party) seller ecosystem for arenaflex in the United States market, while working remotely from Panama. You will be responsible for identifying high‑potential sellers, onboarding them onto our platform, and helping them succeed through data‑rich insights, best‑practice guidance, and strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on marketplace segments, seasonal trends, and competitive activity to uncover product selection gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑performing sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted presentations, driving new product listings onto arenaflex.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, delivering best‑practice training on listing optimization, pricing strategy, and fulfillment logistics.
  • Data‑Driven Advisory: Leverage Excel, SQL‑based reports, and internal analytics tools to provide sellers with actionable insights that improve conversion rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, GMV (gross merchandise value), and seller health scores, reporting trends to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the seller journey, propose process enhancements, and contribute to the development of scalable onboarding playbooks.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the seller community, ensuring their feedback informs product roadmap decisions and service enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to emerging markets and helping sellers scale.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office suite applications; experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
  • Exceptional commercial judgment, written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with quantitative skills; comfortable interpreting large data sets and translating them into strategic actions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, particularly in marketplace seller acquisition or account management.
