As a Sales Representative you will be in charge of maintaining and developing the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Manager and business guidelines in the defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market. The working territory is the Center of Spain, and you will be expected to be located in Madrid o near. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation Perform all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy and coverage/resources) from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts and report on them via the provided systems and personally to the district manager on a regular basis Further increase penetration in existing accounts, develop existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies and develop actual non-buying accounts Build, together with regional and business manager, strong and lasting business relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers influential in the purchasing process Identify, prepare, and execute upcoming tenders Provide technical support to customers (i.e., physicians, consultants, nurseries, etc.) and support procedures when required. Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, or another relevant degree 1 years of experience in the medical device industry Valuable experience in ENT sector is a must Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken), Computer literacy and Sales Force competencies and full clean driver licence Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision and Team oriented Healthcare related experience, Marketing knowledge, Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement) and an experience on Endocrinology Surgery will be highly valued.
