Job Description

About the role This is a rare opportunity to use your Norwegian language skills in a professional environment. As a Junior Customer Representative, you will support customers from the Norwegian market while building a long-term career in an international financial organization. Key responsibilities Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone and digital channels Handle inquiries regarding accounts, cards, payments and basic banking services Resolve standard issues during the first contact or escalate when needed Ensure high-quality documentation of customer interactions Follow internal procedures and compliance requirements What we expect Very good command of Polish (C1) and Norwegian (C1) both spoken and written Secondary education (degree is a plus, not a must) Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills Readiness to learn banking products and internal systems Attention to detail and reliability What we offer Maternity cover contract Highly attractive role for Norwegian speakers in Poland Competitive salary aligned with language skills Full training – no banking experience required International work environment Long-term career opportunities and language premium Supportive team and modern working conditions This role is designated as home-based remote.
