Job Summary This job is responsible for expanding market presence by acquiring new business locations and engaging with key decision-makers. It involves positioning Comcast Business Services as the preferred provider, implementing marketing strategies, and building client relationships. The role contributes to revenue growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored business solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Communicating product benefits and service offerings to potential subscribers using effective sales techniques to generate interest and conversions Identifying and acquiring new business locations by engaging with property developers, owners, and managers within market capital guidelines Positioning Comcast Business Services' portfolio to decision-makers, highlighting market-aligned advantages and value propositions for small and medium businesses Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to improve sales performance and increase market penetration in assigned territories Staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends to better position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace Conducting needs assessments with potential customers to recommend tailored business solutions that align with their operational requirements Managing in-person meetings with prospects and clients to build relationships, deliver presentations, and negotiate service agreements Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market development efforts to track progress and optimize performance Collaborating with internal sales and technical teams to facilitate smooth service implementation and enhance customer experience Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and training sessions to enhance professional development and expand business knowledge Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $59,595.22 - $89,392.83 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
